Today the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the
IPCC publishes it’s latest report. It will attempt to continue it’s ‘warming
world’ theory. It will mention words like hiatus and pause to explain the lack
of warming since 1998. How do I know this? Well they do it every time so why
should this time be different? The problem is, this time it is different. Since
1998 there has been no warming, the climate has held steady but, as I have
discussed previously, there are signs that this is about to change. There are
signs the world is once again going into a natural cooling cycle. So, who and
what is the IPCC? 12 administrators make up the IPCC. They have an office in
Geneva and support the volunteer scientists that work for the organization. In
